Do your clothes run true to size?
Because we have relationships with hundreds of vendors, different brands and merchandise will vary slightly. Every effort will be made to provide helpful fit information when available. In most cases, you should order your "typical" size.
What happens if an item I received doesn't fit?
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us via email within THREE DAYS of receipt of goods to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the next steps at that point.
How will I be refunded?
All returned merchandise will be inspected once it has been received. At that time, store credit will be issued, and you will receive a credit memo via email. If an item is deemed "defective," the credit/debit card used to make the purchase will be refunded.
